Ho, Ho, Ho! It’s blog hop time again and this month we are featuring projects made from the 2016 Holiday Catalog that went live this morning! Di’s projects are always adorable and this one is no exception. Hope you can hang with us for the whole hop – there’s some great stuff coming up!
Don’t know how they do it, but year after year, Stampin’ Up! manages to wow me with their Holiday Catalog products. One of my absolute favorites for this year is Cookie Cutter Christmas with a matching Builder Punch. I had my first Christmas Stamp-a-Stack class last week and one of the cards was done with this bundle. What do you think?
We started with a Crumb Cake base layered with a Real Red embossed panel using the Cable Knit Dynamic Textured Impressions Folder. It puts an extra deep impression in the cardstock and really makes it look 3D – very cool!! Next we added a strip of Whisper White and another strip of DSP from the Candy Cane Lane pack. Three Gingerbread men were stamped with Soft Suede on Whisper White, punched out and popped up with dimensionals. Finally, we stamped and punched the bow ties with Real Red ink on Real Red cardstock.
We are on baby watch around our house – my second granddaughter will make her appearance any day now. Part of the Cookie Cutter stamp set has a darling little teddy bear in it – it’ll make a perfect addition to the gift I’ve got prepared! And, if you think the Christmas version of the Cookie Cutter set is cute – wait till you see the Halloween set that also matches the same punch! Even more bang for your buck..
Ok kids – off you go to see what Mary has to delight you with. I want to thank you for hopping with us. Make sure you get a copy of this latest Catalog – if you need one, please holler at me and I’ll get you taken care of, Ok?
